We’re a family with German and Polish roots who spent over 20 years living in Canada. After years of traveling the world and living in 3 different countries, we’ve finally found our home by the sea — embracing the sunshine and relaxed lifestyle of Jávea.
Yet, no matter where life took us, our hearts always beat for Bavaria — its traditions, its flavors, and those unforgettable moments spent with friends and family in the local biergarten. That’s what inspired us to bring a piece of Bavaria to the Costa Blanca — a place to share good food, cold beer, and memories that last a lifetime.
